I havent copied anything.... I was originally using the old style eva toolhead . When I upgraded i just re ran through the configurator and added the toolboard, flashed it with dmu and then answered the rest of the configurator questions including which type of probe I'm now using. I did originally run the machine with the bl touch. I'm thinking maybe I need to wipe the sd card and start over?

so the funny thing is I cant find the "part cooling fan" in the printer.cfg file

I did fix the hot end fan. Was definitely pushing air in the wrong direction. Thanks Chris

Hey guys I'm bringing this back up because Im sure Im doing something wrong. I found my part cooling fan being controlled by PA8. It has an explanation point in front of it. When i delete the exclamation point the fan acts correctly. To re-cap when the part cooling fan on the mainsail screen shows zero its actually running 100 percent. Unfortunately I think where Im changing this is the problem..... anytime i restart the machine it reverts back to having an exclamation point in front of PA8 and the fan working wrong.

Configuring without machine actually being done....?
Woodwaker, yes it is like blacksmith said.... once you get into mainsail go to the machine tab and at the bottom right there is an update manager. Update the "ratos" first. Then update the rest. That appeared to have solved my issue. I finally received my jst connectors and pins so I can connect the thermisters to the board to get out of temperature errors.....

I did finally get it to work last night. I actually went with balena etcher 1.15 and when it was done I skipped the verification. It worked. I was able to get the pi on my network. Thanks for all your help
