Hiking/walking shoes that would pair well with chinos, sweatpants, t-shirts, and or polos?

My budget is $200, but I do not mind going well below or above my means. I'm also flat footed and size 9'0-9'5.

Sub-$100 gloves?

I'm looking for affordable gloves, particularly those made out of leather, that are perfect for an average winter temperature of 28.1°F - 18°F and snow. Unfortunately, my hands are really sensitive to cold weather. They dry, crack, and even bleed. I prefer darker colors: blacks, grays, and browns.
