Good black or brown leather Chelsea winter boots?
My budget is $300-$500. Preferably boots that would look good with baggy chinos.

also when you say winter do you just mean will be ok in some rain, or do you need to like walk in deep snow
Chicago winter, which is a few inches of snow and some rain.
But I'm willing to compromise on durability because I have boots for heavier snow.
