Hiking/walking shoes that would pair well with chinos, sweatpants, t-shirts, and or polos?
My budget is $200, but I do not mind going well below or above my means. I'm also flat footed and size 9'0-9'5.

I'm going to be walking a lot, possibly at high elevations.
Probably won't pair very well with polos but I'm really happy with my Salomon hiking shoes

As much as I love clothing, I'm a big fan of fashion following function when it comes to athletic activities. If you need hiking shoes, wear hiking shoes. That being said I really enjoy my La Sportiva hiking boots. Very light, waterproof, great for hiking and backpacking. They're not not going to look like hiking wear, but they're reasonably streamlined for that purpose. https://www.rei.com/product/183605/la-sportiva-ultra-raptor-ii-mid-gtx-hiking-boots-mens

Delivering the protection needed for harsh conditions, the men's La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II Mid GTX hiking boots help keep your movement light and fast on rough, wet trails.
how difficult of a hike do you take - you mention high elevations but are there lots of elevation changes? rocky/uneven/wet terrain? fjording rivers?
for "easy" hikes i'd say blundstones or maybe salomon hikers
i personally have dedicated footwear for hiking (old vasque boots), that way i don't run the risk of a daily rider getting damaged or wearing out faster on trail
Any salomon sportstyle tbh

Lots of salmons up on grailed if you want to save a few bucks
Look at sizing recs on reddit because some are narrow and should be worn half size up
Also nike acg has some nice ones
I’m a huge fan of the design of the Mountainfly 2 Low

forgot about adidas terrex trail runners - many resemble your standard adidas sneaker but are built for function
My biggest rec is that if you’re going to be walking a lot is to break them in really well before you go
