Do these light wash jeans go with these dark brown boots?
A little too dressy shoes for these jeans.

Thoughts on pure Linen vs Linen blends?
Blends are just fine. Infact in a lot of ways, cotton linen is better than all cotton.
As for viscose, it is good too, makes the shirt a little more smoother and brighter.

tucked or untucked?
Untucked !
General fan of tucked, but here, given the rise of the pants, your torso appears smaller than it should.
May be with lower rise and slightly better fitting pants.

Loro Piana jacket - is this an easy patch/repair?
There is a technique called darning through which the damage can be closed quite nicely. Given the heathered shade and the flanelling, it would be hardly visible.
Try talking to dry cleaners in your area. Some may work with local darners.

How do we feel about the sleeve interaction here?

Considering brands when shopping
Buying brands has a lot less added benefit these days.
A 2-3 decades ago, the access to quality material (fabric/leather/trims), workmanship, knowhow was limited. Today it is omnipresent.
Earlier, most brands operated their own studios/manufacturing units. Now most outsource.
Hence, brands have little exclusivity.

Yes, I think it is done by sellers from metric land, targeting imperial US. Grams are converted to Oz, but meter remains meter. So, 300 grams becomes 10 Oz

What's a good style for guy in his early to mid 20s
First start by wearing different than your regular style. So, if you wear jeans and T everyday, now try some trousers/chinos with shirt. Something basic like a navy chino, oxford shirt.
Once you do that and get comfortable, you will start exploring different styles and discover your own.

Even when listed, there is an issue. Some list gsm, some glm, some Oz/Yard, some oz/meter.
If listed "230 grams", I don't often know what to make of it.
