No playerdata after running world in SP
That is inside the world folder, you need to go back to the main file and server.properties is required regardless but you want to ensure if the world file is named for example chicken that the is level-name: chicken in server.properties or whatever the name is

verify the location of your server & the location of the player. you should see the players ping too, most likely bad ISP and distance
