Help diagnose what is causing entire OS to freeze?
I went afk for 15m with minecraft open in fullscreen.
I come back, minecraft is no longer in fullscreen (still borderless though) and the system is frozen. can still hear people talking on discord.

all I did was open a webpage (for generating minecraft maps) and tried to upload an image. it immediately froze the OS.
