Best button down/up shirt brands for loose fit?
Other Scandinavian brands like Acne, Our Legacy, Livid, Schnayderman’s also do this. Another option is of course to size up on a vintage dress shirt.

Old MFA favorite brands
Howlin’s knits are made by Harley who often gets mentioned here (a thread for them was created yesterday). They both offer some unique colors and designs not found at the other but the basics like the shetlands are the same.

The lacing in Michael makes them harder to secure so sizing is bit more difficult. If a new pair has heel slippage it will probably get a bit worse as they break in.

My experience with both chambords and michaels is that they stretch and soften up a bit as they get broken in.

Keep in mind sizes also change with different colors/washes. My black stone wash 105 fits smaller than my 2 year wash.
