Best button down/up shirt brands for loose fit?
See title. From my experience with Uniqlo and them, they're made for slim fit and thin men, so I don't know where to look. I'm looking mainly for shirts I can wear for a business casual outfit.

Do you like Oxford cloth button downs?
Lands end makes untreated oxford shirts in their sail rigger line that I imagine have quite a full fit
Brooks brothers MiUSA oxford shirts are on sale now for $118 (they were $100 just a few days ago)
Yep! Those are my favorite types, I just blanked on the name 😂
What's your price range?
This is what's most similar to Uniqlo price wise. You could also get secondhand oxford shirts on eBay (Brooks brothers made in the USA, polo ralph lauren) in that price range
Ideally, less than $100/shirt
J Crew also has giant fit oxford shirts (basic colors are $100 but the non basic ones are on sale for much less)
Thank you!
there is also charles tyrwhitt (they do promos if you buy multiple shirts)
in general, i'd avoid anything non-iron
Why is that?
They don't feel as nice as untreated fabrics, they feel plasticky
muji's got some loose fitting ocbds that are pretty good and inexpensive. their sizing can be a bit inconsistent though so you live in a city that has one, i'd recommend going in store to try em on
Hijacking this thread to request loose shirts in a poplin fabric. I know about Mfpen and love their look but would like to know other options.
for brooks brothers secondhand you want to search for madison or traditional fit
Brooks brothers alpha sized ocbds (made in Vietnam) on sale are hard to beat. Spier Mackay’s classic fit shirts are also solid though I wouldn’t call them oversized.
Another one in your price range due to sale on sale: Todd Snyder classic fit
Other Scandinavian brands like Acne, Our Legacy, Livid, Schnayderman’s also do this. Another option is of course to size up on a vintage dress shirt.
