Hello. I'm looking to purchase a quality brown belt and with my current belts I'm between holes, 3rd is slightly loose and 4th hole is tight. The measurement of the 4th hole which is the most used is 36inches do I buy my next belt in a bigger size or smaller?

Straight fitted pants with a full break is acceptable?
Is it acceptable to wear straight fitted jeans and chinos with more of a full break? I notice alot of fit pictures with said pants tend to have big cuffs
