First one looks a little short in the body for my taste but I'm making the assumption that you like it that way. They look like they fit alright in the chest, shoulders, and sleeves.
1st looks off to me, 2nd looks much better

i personally like a crop but it’s your subjective taste on this 1. both fit fine
the crop can work if it's clearly intentionally cropped, this one is a weird in between length. Second is great tho
