Urgent issue with logging in or account recovery
Hello, I’ve redownloaded pubg mobile but I can’t log in, I use facebook to log in and always have but now when I try it says “unrecognized device” yet this is the same device I’ve used for a long while before deleting the game. It gives me the option to send an SMS to a number I have access to yet the sms never arrives no matter what I try, and when I try to file an account recovery claim in game it says “claim declined please use a regular device”. I need urgent help with it and I have full access to the facebook associated and the number for the secondary verification, along side some 2022 uc purchase receipts (because I never bought anymore) and my id
