scarf with moth damage
Bought a woolen Kapital scarf online, and it has what I would describe as “significant” moth damage. Is there ever a point at which a garment has so much damage that it can’t be fully rid of moths?
When it arrived, I immediately threw it in the freezer for a few days, took it out of the freezer and baked it at 170F, and then I’m going to take it to dry cleaner next. Will my wardrobe be safe of moths after all this, or should I just toss it in the trash? I got it for $15, fully knowing I may end up just throwing it out.

shirt sizing conventions
If a shirt is sized “16-2”, what does the 2 indicate? I the standard sizing convention is collar size then sleeve length, but I can’t figure out what the second number here means.
In case it’s helpful context, the sizing is on the tag of a brooks bros OCBD.
