shirt sizing conventions

If a shirt is sized “16-2”, what does the 2 indicate? I the standard sizing convention is collar size then sleeve length, but I can’t figure out what the second number here means. In case it’s helpful context, the sizing is on the tag of a brooks bros OCBD.
