yeah - and looking in the GCode I\m not seeing any weird Z moves either. Except for first layer being 0.25 in SS and 0.2 in Orca but that shouldn't matter

you'd think so - but I ran it after just finishing a 2 hour print, and runnning another printer after is without issue

Yeah - it’s happily chugging along. For a while I went into the woods that it might be retraction settings but the machine settings on Orca and SS are the same

parts cooling fan is going on and off during print.

According to the slicer, what should the fan speed be? Might also be wordt checking if the fan cabling is ok if you made any changes to it or the connectors.

I am a dumdum - I probably sanitized it months ago to make the config easier to read. 🤦‍♂️ Ofcourse it won’t find the alias if the reference to them isn’t there. That might fix the extruder shenanigans as well.

will more tuning help?

Thanks for the input! That was really helpful and as you said I’ll move ahead with what I have. Will double check the frequency and tune re-tune it if needed to stay below the 100Hz for now.
