@Trustdisaster Checked on this and didn't see any servers exhibiting this behavior. Can you confirm there's still a problem? If yes, please provide a specific server URL

They probably modified the format of the response, again. We'll look at it and try to get a fix out soon

It's HTML. If you try to put that in through the web interface it's going to be escaped and so won't work. If you want to use the API, feel free. Why are you trying to manually put HTML through the interface anyways?

Not sure what else you can do then. I don't know if making a new account with us would change what PayPal thinks from a billing agreement perspective
