fit advice on new loafers
I got true to my sneaker size (10.5D)/ half up from my brannock (10E).
It’s a somewhat forgiving last but it tends to be lower volume at the midfoot to keep a snug fit. I found that the 10 crushed the top of my foot

Alden does E in the LHS at least if not wider. I’m a 10E brannock and was swimming in the wide LHS. 10.5D is a perfect fit for me.

fit advice on new loafers
Go with your gut - Rancourt loafers will stretch but the last didn’t work for me. I know it’s a big jump in price, but I found Alden’s LHS to be a great fit for my wide foot with a high instep

They changed manufactures in the past year or so. Your light blue one is from the newer run

Will this crease get better with wear?
Do you mean where the piping curves in to the laces? If so that’s just how shoes are shaped

New Chinos fit
That can make a relatively normal top block appear wider than it actually is. I think they are fine as is though I’d vote for a straighter fit 😂

The formality of tweed and chinos
@Mateo not all chinos and tweed jackets are the same. For a more conservative office setting you want a finer (for lack of a better term) pair of chinos.
You may also be stuck between two worlds of business formal and casual.
I’d suggest getting some wool trousers, cords, or nicer chinos for the meeting days and consider some denim for casual days.
Here’s a massive inspo album to give you some ideas. I think Drake’s is great at dressing down the formal and dressing up the casual - this album is a bit out of date so check their IG too.

Need help identifying/finding the name of the type of jacket
Check out vintage 60/40 parkas from brands like LL bean and woolrich. Similar concept but better
