Uneven Extrusion on Infill

Running into some uneven extrusions, especially on infill. I’ve tried lowering speed, tuning or disabling pressure advance, temp tuning, retraction tuning, and flow tuning, and always the same result. Using rectilinear infill for easier visualizing, looks like the infill lines are uneven/not uniform

I’ve always thought that is an unavoidable result caused by the infill crossing itself, and one of the reasons I need to keep the infill speed reasonable and/or use different infill patterns. If someone has good solutions I’d like to know as well 🙂 Temp, line width, layer height, nozzle size probably affect this, have you experimented with those?

I changed from Grid to Rectilinear due to this problem and sometimes a rubbing nozzle on the infill...never again. 🤷‍♂️

Also, the cross-hatch infill seems to be nice

Try gyroid and/or raising z height by like 0.03
