@Char ඞ yeah, I like them both. The tux is pretty heavy, double breasted barathea wool etc, so could be challenging if it's a warm day. Not sure yet though, been keeping an eye out for a nice tweed 2 or 3 piece, could be good

One of my favorite pictures of me. The suit is from Thick as Thieves. I think it was on trend in 2012, maybe? The length seems comically short now, like 28" or something. If I were doing it all over again, I'd make the same choices: charcoal suit, white shirt, pocket square, black shoes. And, most importantly, same lady. ❤️

Mine probably wasn't any better. I think I might have learned about Thick as Thieves from Reddit, possibly even MFA if it was around back then. I remember driving out to San Gabriel Valley to meet the dude and get measured.

Yeah, it's good. When I got it, I discovered the lining in one of the armpits was missing stitching, so I got out a needle and thread. Been meaning to take it to a tailor and get it fixed. Some day. 🙂

I got my pant legs taken up too high but it does not matter at the end of the day

I went for a mid gray suit for my wedding. It's a little slim on me (especially now) but it'll always be my favorite suit

My dad got married recently and his wife wore a really lovely floor length navy gown. Perfect for the vibe of their ceremony but obv for so many ppl the whole point is to do sth that is like, a WEDDING dress, especially for first-timer straight couples haha

Thank you! I’m pretty sure it was this. A loro Piana wool silk linen blend I picked out. Rodger at Hall Madden was great and sent sample to me so I got to futz with them over a long weekend and see them in different lights and against my loafers before deciding
