VC 3.1 400 Belt tension
Hey Guys,as u can see my belt tension results are completly useless,the zip contains every measurement from today (belt tension and IS).im using the adxl from the ebb 42.Wire harness is loose not fixed with for example piano wire,and fmmm mod incoming for better troubleshooting.Appreciate any help u can provide

I also noticed my belts are moving quite a bit
That is kinda normal: Focus on the Belt rolls and check how the belts are moving on the rolls.

i have similar graphs to the OP. what do you mean by orbiter motor connector?
I tune my VC 400 to 42 Hz. Move the gantry all the way to back, download a tuner or spectrometer to your phone and try to get that frequency. Lower is worse and I had worse results with higher frequency as well.
Your brlts should not move like that. Check your belt bearing stacks for damaged bearings. Check you motors securing bolts are nipped up. Check your motor mounting plates are securely fastened to the frame.
