Everybody has Level 1 role despite being higher than level 1
I've got a few guys who moved over from a different server, so I manually gave them higher levels to match what they previously had on the other server. I used /levels add.
Now we got guys on Level 16, but their role is still the Level 1 role. What's going on here?

Solution:
You can use the /syncrolerewards command, otherwise they will be synhronised when they next level up naturally
Level rewards not updating after mee6 import
Level role rewards are in place (bot is above the level roles, has manage role perms, etc.) and when I do /syncrolerewards on myself, it gives me the right role based on my past Mee6 level, so it is reading the levels right! However, for the other 600 people on my server, their levels haven't updated to show the role for their level unless I do them each manually (impossible, I fear). Attached is my config

I've tried everything and it seems to be set up correctly. The channel is an announcement channel, but only people with admin are able to see it cuz we had wanted to test it.
We made sure the bot was able to see the channel, send messages and all other appropriate perms but still didn't work....

i feel there is a misunderstanding on your part of those 2 distinct options.
member join/leave tracking is an option purely used to feed data into the /predict, /membergraph, and /growthchange commands
auto-publish announcement channels are used for automatically post messages sent in announcement channels (this is a built-in discord feature which you have to do manually, but with this the bot does it automatically)...
Lurkr removing roles given by other bots on join
So, I use Lurkr to automatically give two roles when a person joins the server. I also have a moderation bot that gives a role to accounts that are younger than two weeks that force them to verify to gain access to the server. I've been noticing lately that Lurkr removes this role from a person when giving the autoroles to a member.

increase the on join role timeout
