Everybody has Level 1 role despite being higher than level 1
I've got a few guys who moved over from a different server, so I manually gave them higher levels to match what they previously had on the other server. I used /levels add.
Now we got guys on Level 16, but their role is still the Level 1 role. What's going on here?
Would appreciate some help! Thanks!

You can use the /syncrolerewards command, otherwise they will be synhronised when they next level up naturally

I've tried this but nothing changed
I guess just wait till they level up naturally... ?
Appreciate the help and fast response btw!
Let me know if this works :)
@It'sCheif (チェイフです) if /syncrolerewards didnt work, leveling up naturally wont work either
can you send your server id and the id of the user in question?
it worked
server id is 1248004149015216179
Users are... almost everybody
^ to clarify, /syncrolerewards did not work, but naturally levelling up gave the person the correct role
thats really weird, since both of those methods use the same function internally
potentially something else affected this
