Roles aren't reapplied upon return

We have noticed this issue with re-applying roles to users who left and returned.
Details:
- Issue happens randomly - not every user is affected
- users upon rejoin loose their activity roles.
- you can do /rank, and see there all activity oles they have assigned, but they aren't given within server
- adding manually at least one level to said user restore his roles and progress poperly
- users affected left and rejoin at their own accord - they weren't muted/warned/banned/kicked that resulted in their removal in first place
- automated level reset is disabled

- when a member levels up
- when the /syncrolerewards command is ran on a member
- when the /level or /xp commands are used on a member...

role rewards aren't being re-applied when users join currently
this is something we could implement though
Usually the roles are re-applied when they continue to gain XP/Levels

I have noticed my mods often have to re-apply those roles, and they asked if this is something that should work properly, maybe some people chat first, level up, then ask where are their roles :sherif63Hmmm:
