Ping High after latest update

I am from South Africa and we been getting between 20-40ms after the latest update which happened on the 02 April 2025 our ping has gone back to 140-170ms. What is the problem for this and will it be fixed as we stand no chance against other players because of the lag. The server I am using is Europe. Thank you.

Future updates question

Is it possible to make the uc items (x-suits, upgradeable weapons, mythic skins, etc...) purchasable with ag in the future please. It just makes it so those of us who don't have the money to spend on purchasing UC are able to get the UC limited items. It would be much appreciated if the staff/programmers/developers of pubgm could take this into consideration. Thanks again and have a wonderful day! ๐Ÿ™โ˜บ๏ธ

Account frozen

Hello, i finished game and got message that my account is frozen for 2 hours for using peripheral devices. But only peripheral device i have is charger. I have Redmagic 9 Pro and i saw here on server messages by moderators that it's build-in features are okay (i am not using them often, almost never). But i don't know, i am experimenting with app that reads content on screen since yesterday, but it's software not peripheral device - but it's change i did yesterday so i am asking what can be reason.
