Unjust Bans for Emulator Players (GameLoop) – Requesting Update

Dear Error , We kindly need your attention regarding a concerning issue that has been affecting many PUBG Mobile emulator players since the beginning of April 2025. Recently, a large number of players using the GameLoop emulator have been receiving unexpected bans, even though they haven’t violated any rules. The usual ban message states: "Your account has been banned due to security violations. Please download the game from official and authorized sources or face further penalties including the removal of rank points." The ban duration typically starts with 1 minute, then increases to 1 hour, 1 day, and beyond—even after performing a clean Windows reinstall and fresh GameLoop installation. Some users have even reported receiving 10-year bans, despite not playing or simply staying idle in the lobby. This situation is causing a lot of fear and uncertainty in the community. Many emulator players are now hesitant to launch the game, let alone join matches, because they’re worried about being unfairly banned. Everyone just wants to jump into the battlegrounds and enjoy some fair chicken dinners. We’ve heard that the PUBG Mobile team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. However, we would really appreciate any official update or clarification: 1. Is it currently safe to play on the emulator? 2. Has the issue been identified? 3. Dear PUBG Mobile Support, I'm writing this because I need urgent help. I just got banned for 60 days for "circumventing matchmaking rules" and I swear I did NOTHING wrong. I was using the official emulator, fully updated. I even sent a video on Discord to prove it! Name : AW ZIX ID : 5468745234
