I am writing to request a review of the ban imposed on my account and several others, which appear to have been applied randomly or by mistake. We all use the official global emulator, Gameloop, to run PUBG Mobile, and many players, including myself, have previously experienced temporary bans triggered by the protection system.
We received a ban message stating, βPlease download the game from a trusted source.β I would like to reiterate that we are using the official Gameloop emulator, ensuring that the game is downloaded from a verified and trusted source.
I kindly ask you to review our cases and resolve the issue at your earliest convenience, so that the situation does not escalate further.
