Asking for a friend who has no discord. Do the modules (i.e. Leisure Camp/Lavish Music Park) need to be purchased by both players who are roommates? Their modules are not displaying but has been purchased by one roommate. Any thoughts?

Certain Home items can only be used/placed by their owners. These items include Home trees, butler gifts, and atmosphere modules etc.
In this case, your friend can ask their roommate to place those modules....

I am from South Africa and we been getting between 20-40ms after the latest update which happened on the 02 April 2025 our ping has gone back to 140-170ms.
