- The current device has logged in (15/15) days in the past month....

You can change a linked email or phone number after you meet all the following requirements:
- The current device has logged in (15/15) days in the past month.
- The email address/phone number has been linked for 7 days.
- Current email/phone number verification
- The device has passed the security check.
For the third requirement, you will be able to verify the current email or phone number after you meet the first requirement.
