When i try to go to file claim and click on submit it says network error although my internet is working completely fine, I have also submitted appeal on Community support form but still no response. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

If the security system detects that a player has suspicious behavior during a match, the player will be placed under the security observation. If it is confirmed that a player has cheated, the player will be banned or receive other penalties. If you have been placed under safety observation, please regulate your in-game behaviour and wait for the system to automatically place you out of safety observation, then you will be fine.
