Hacked Account

How do i speak to an actual person with a brain at tencent? lets say your account gets hacked and you got to file a claim you will get an error saying you should try again using a regular, the device that was previously logged into your account is what they say. Obviously if your account is hacked someone on a different device than yours is logged into it now tell me how TF am i supposed to log into the hacker’s phone and file a claim that my account was hacked, answer questions ,show proof of payement etc? Do you want me to fly to indonesia track him down and beg him to borrow his phone to file my claim tencent? I want my account back this is the second time it got hacked and you did not help me once. idk how tf u expect ppl to spend so much on uc yet your security is so trash i cant even talk to a real person about my issue.
