has been banned for 2 months due to emulator abnormalities although i am using official emulator from Gameloop's official site. When i try to go to file claim and click on submit it says network error although my internet is working completely fine, I have also submitted appeal on Community support form but still no response. Its my third time I am posting about this , but still my issue has not been solved, such a pathetic feedback and support from pubg mobile, You guys are not banning players who are suing hacks but are happy to ban legit players who areplaying fairly.👎 Shame on Pubg mobile TEAM 👎

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

Regarding network issue, please report it via community support form with your numeric user identification, a proper summary and description, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered.
i think you have not read my post , i have already mentioned that i have reported in community support form with all the requirements and video proof
In this case, you'll need to wait patiently until this issue is resolved.
