I don't understand what to do
So I received this email from pubgm because of my guest account I lost and it says "After manually re-verifying your account details, we regret to inform you that your account has been flagged as being in an unusual state, and your claim cannot be approved at this time. Please remove or edit your linked accounts within the game." And I don't really know what to do because I don't understand what they want

Lost guest account
I have a guest account I lost in maybe 2019 its very valuable and I contacted customer service maybe 5 times and still I haven't gotten it back what should I do?
