PR Environment and Github - Environments now created empty

At the moment this keeps happening a PR in Github will trigger a new PR env in Railway but it is empty and no code is deployed. No changes on the setup and all was working just fine yesterday. Is this a regression from Railway?

honestly prob cheaper pay 5 usd and get on with it than try to save those dealing with trying to get a trial

trial should work, so long github gives them the info they need. mine worked fine. at 5 usd the risk is low however.

Hobby Plan

Trial plan lasts forever really (well, until it ends, but will not be because I push the consumption), I'm running 2 envs + PR envs and only spent 70 cents after a week with apps, DBs, redis, etc. I'm sure the Hobby is also enough for 90% of projects out there

Postgres: 'NO_TS_TUNE' Var

NO_TS_TUNE is for PostgreSQL timescale. To not run timescaledb-tune at all, use the NO_TS_TUNE environment variable:
