PR Environment and Github - Environments now created empty
My setup was to create new PR Environments each time a PR is created. This uses as template the test environment. All that was working just fine until this morning.
Nothing has changed on github nor on the Railway.app setup but something behind the scenes did happen as that isn't working anymore.
Is it a new regression?

At the moment this keeps happening a PR in Github will trigger a new PR env in Railway but it is empty and no code is deployed.
No changes on the setup and all was working just fine yesterday.
Is this a regression from Railway?
