NDI is very blocky
Doesn't solve my issue entirely though because the end game is to get the feed into an NDI reciever (apple tv 4k) and plug that into a Ninja V

NDI is very blocky
So I just tried this with OBS teleport and the flicker isnt there. It is using more bandwidth though nearly 2gbps

OBS Video Capture Device only showing 1080p instead of 4k
ive tried different splitters, i tried direct from the gpu to the capture card, i tried reinstalling the driver. Turning it all off and turning it back on, giving it a 4k60 signal instead. Nothing

I was able to do 3840x2160 60FPS from a 120FPS source. NV12 Rec. 709 Limited but the capture is limited to 1080p 60 now and I cant change it to anything else

Here's a log file of me just opening and closing OBS. It worked fine this morning. I changed HDMI splitter today to a newer one, but I even plugged back in the old one and its not working either

it's weird though because I send the signal OUT from the Capture Card IN to the Atomos Ninja V and there are no speckles

NDI Lagging Issue
OK I think I solved it. I add Livesplit as a dedicated NDI source (Which I was doing anyway) use NDI tools and use the Bridge application. Start the bridge and add the dedicated NDI source Bridge version
