Hello, I recently encountered a problem where my account was banned through no fault of my own. Before this, my account was hacked, my activity included many logins to the game, but I managed to restore it, I thought that this would be the end of the problems with my account. After that, I abandoned Pubg Mobile and didn't play it for about a month because I lost interest in the game. After some time, I wanted to go to pubg, see what new things had been added to such an interesting game of my time, but at the entrance I saw a sign that said “your account has been banned for violations,” most likely it was hacked again, they violated the rules of the game and, perhaps , shared this account with other people who also harmed pubg mobile players. If you can somehow see that for the first 2-3 years after creating an account, there were no blocks or violations on my account, the reputation was always 88+. If any checks are needed, I am ready to provide everything. I've never played with cheats. It feels like pubg support doesn’t value its players, doesn’t want to return accounts that are banned through no fault of theirs, and are even willing to provide any evidence that the account was hacked. I invested money in the game, it was hacked and I was banned, how does support even feel about this, is it really impossible to give it a chance? don't lose your players.if you don't want to unban your account, then I want to request a refund. after all, I invested money into my account for a comfortable game, but the support is indifferent to this, someone supports your project, but you don’t care
I really hope that my account will be unblocked, I really like the game, I don’t want to lose access to it
