Before that, my account was hacked, there were a lot of entries into the game in my activities, but I managed to restore it, I thought that this would be the end of the problems with my account. After that, I abandoned Pubg Mobile and I didn’t play it for about a month, as I lost interest in this game. After a while, I wanted to go to pubg, see what new things had been added to such an interesting game of my time, but at the entrance I saw a sign that said “your account has been banned for violations”, most likely it was hacked again, they violated the rules of the game, and possibly shared this account with other people who also harmed pubg mobile players. If you can somehow see that for the first 2-3 years after creating the account, there were no blockings or violations on my account, the reputation was always 88+. If any checks are needed, I am ready to provide everything. I've never played with cheats. I really hope that my account will be unblocked, I really like the game, I don’t want to lose access to it. Many were told that in such cases, unbanning is impossible, because harm was caused to the players, why is it not possible, it was not me who caused the harm, this is the same thing that there will be a problem between 2 people, but everyone will be to blame, because they all descended from monkeys. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension. If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
