This account has been attached to my new device for more than 5 months, so even though the device and the account are attached, the email still can't be removed? I don't remember it at all in the past 3 months. I've tried to remember but the results are impossible

when I logged into the game I only logged in via Twitter and it had been a long time since I had used email. When I had changed devices I just remembered that my PUBG account was tied to an email account but I didn't remember the address anymore and I had also sold my old device.
