I FORGOT MY EMAIL
I have lost access to this email because I haven't used it for a long time. When I want to unlink it, the system keeps asking for the name of the email address even though I have forgotten it. I hope the PUBG Mobile team can help me.

As you are owner of the account, it is your responsibility to recall and enter the correct required information, @vin.. What we can suggest is to look for the available logged in emails on your device. If you were using a Gmail account, you may try to follow these instructions to recover your lost email: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en. You may scroll down to the ''Forgot the email address you use to sign in'' section and follow the instructions there if you forgot your email.
when I logged into the game I only logged in via Twitter and it had been a long time since I had used email. When I had changed devices I just remembered that my PUBG account was tied to an email account but I didn't remember the address anymore and I had also sold my old device.
It is your own responsibility to recall the correct details. As you are the owner of the account, this is something we unfortunately cannot help you with.
