i will verify why it's crashing , for the belt speed for me it's working without any issue but for some other it will not work their is many possibility large save could be something like the number of mod and other interaction with some other mod also maybe you don't active the max speed in the config menu

simple teleporter: item loss

the 2.1.6 version should work normally you can now have multiple emitter receiver on the same frequency but their is some limitation you can't have more receiver than the stack size of the item transmitted and it's will not work if you have different item on input because each frequency have their own hidden slot so i can't mix item
