Instead of using @ p couldn’t you use PAPI to target the actual player that is interacting with the NPC such as %player% (or whatever it is, can’t remember off the top of my head)?

Try and find the equivalent plugin for each mod then players won’t have to install anything. If this is not possible then I’d still recommend using paper as it’s easier to manage in my experience. You can then have any client side mod(s) available to download from your discord or point players to tue mod pack if it’s available as a whole on say Modrinth or whatever.

Well I also run the huskhomes plugin too. My advise would be to ditch fabric and use paper then you’ll be able to use both multiverse and huskhomes. I’d also suggest LuckPerms too to manage player permissions.

If you haven't got the resources available for multiple servers then maybe a paper (or fork of) using Multiverse-core would be an option. Works for me as I have one server running paper that has a lobby, smp, and a creative plots world.

Hi, thanks for your reply - Yup I have also used
/mv gamerule doDaylightCycle false to which I get a message saying, "Success! Gamerule doDaylightCycle was set to false." but then when I restart the server the daylight cycle is going again...

Just to add that all other worlds work fine when I try changing the rule so I assume it is something to do with PlotSquared as opposed to Multiverse...6 replies
