Hello Dear PUBG MOBILE support team

@Madetix well if your account is stolen and that person used the hack then I believe pubg people can’t help it because your account safety in your hand they can only lift the ban if it has happened due to there error .. so my suggestion will be create a new one anyway you can still file a appeal

@Navneet it’s not about the device .. it’s about the glitch.. game works smooth and everything but problems occurs after I complete the first match .. same goes with TDM .. the movement buttons get freezed.. jump button gets disappeared moreover ping doesn’t even show .. and internet is good coz I use wifi which is 400mbps speed
