Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....

Hello Dear PUBG MOBILE support team, unfortunately, for unknown reasons, my very valuable game account was blocked for 10 years on 2024/08/22 at 07:05. I spent a lot of time and money on this game, I did not use any illegal add-ons or CHEATS in the game, I request you to review my account again and give it back to me. That is unfortunate but 10 year bans are permanent and can not be appealed.
Your best option is to create a new account or wait for PUBG mobile to improve their account recovery system.

I have never used any cheat during the 6 years I have been playing the game, including other games. My account was stolen, I don't know what the people who stole it did, I entered the account, I sent a ban 5 times. The problem still continues, I am the victimized party, am I still a sinner?

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
They can appeal for it to have reconsidered. Please do not reply with inaccurate answers here.
So, does that mean all types of bans, ranging from a few hours to 10 years, can be appealed?
If so, how likely is that? I’ve never heard of a 10-year ban being appealed here…
All permanent ban appeals can be submitted through the community support form for review. Temporary bans can be appealed in-game using the "File Claim" option on the account suspension dialog box.
A few cases of permanent bans were accepted and had their suspensions lifted. If the result is "Rejected", their ban will not be lifted no matter where they appeal. This manual check takes all the necessary time it takes to verify it properly and is not automated.
