You can clearly see I've spent alot. I just got myself glacier to level 4 and didn't even enjoyed it they just banned me. This is just so unfair.

In the file claim the character limit is so short i couldn't explain my situation and they declined my claim. I can send the proofs of my fair play. Been trying to proof to the [email protected] but they are repeatedly responding with the same answer, no clear explanations, no transparency.
