Unfair Permanent Ban After 6+ Years of Playing - Please Help!

Hello PUBG Mobile Community, I’m reaching out here because I’ve been permanently banned from PUBG Mobile, and I believe this decision was a mistake. My account (々GHØ丂T, ID: 5457367309) was banned without any clear explanation, despite my repeated attempts to contact support. Here’s what happened: I’ve been a dedicated player for over 6 years and have always followed the rules. The ban occurred shortly after a VS AI match where I had 0 kills. Before that, I played a classic match with friends (Madkingmax, Myth Savage, and Sufi), who also received temporary bans for “playing with a cheater.” I’ve never cheated, modified files, or used unauthorized programs. I’ve contacted PUBG Mobile support multiple times, but they’ve only said my account was banned due to a “verified violation” without giving any specific details. This lack of transparency is deeply frustrating. If I had cheated, I would accept the ban—but I didn’t. I’ve invested my time, energy, and even my childhood memories into this game, and this feels incredibly unfair. I’m asking for the community’s help: If anyone has gone through a similar situation, how did you resolve it? If PUBG Mobile staff or moderators see this, please review my case and provide some clarity. I just want a fair resolution and a chance to continue enjoying the game I’ve loved for so long. Thank you bro but its been literally 10 months... i messaged them on Gmail 40+ times and there's a bot repeatedly messaging me with no information. All that grind All that hardwork on this game just to get banned.

I did, i tried everything I've been contacting the [email protected] but it is giving me no clear explanatioon despite asking 40+ times In the file claim the character limit is so short i couldn't explain my situation and they declined my claim. I can send the proofs of my fair play. Been trying to proof to the [email protected] but they are repeatedly responding with the same answer, no clear explanations, no transparency. @Quendi Read my msgs please

This was my account You can clearly see I've spent alot. I just got myself glacier to level 4 and didn't even enjoyed it they just banned me. This is just so unfair. @Quendi

There is unfortunately nothing else you can do if your claim was rejected through the community support form. You'll need to create a new account to continue playing and make sure to abide by the terms of service, and secure your account. We unfortunately cannot help you with this any further through the community.
