Is international shipping from nps-solovair.com as smooth as the site says? Any experience?

Basically, buying from them and shipping to Canada is cheaper (incl. shipping and exchange rate) than simply buying from a Canadian retailer. I basically loaded up an item and got to just before paying and it seems to check out.
Anybody purchased from them before? They use DHL Express and claim only signature will be required on delivery, no customs or duty fees.
