My ticket is only an email and I can't access it on the riot website because to request an account recovery you have to be logged out.

No just all of a sudden I receive an email that my email has been changed I recover the account 2 times in total thanks to the auto recovery tool on the riot site and 2 times the person changes the email without having the password and with 2FA activated and the next day I receive an email to change my password and the same I disconnect everyone I change the password and I activate 2FA and 5 minutes later he changes the email

falsely banned
Hello, I was banned 3 times for 3 minutes, I contacted riot who told me he understood my situation and that we would look into it, then he spoke to me as if I had been banned permanently and i wanted to lift my sanction.
