account scammed help
Hello, it's been 4 days since my account was scammed and I've sent a ticket to riot and I still haven't received a reply. What should I do?

that implies that you were most likely either account sharing or trying to sell the account which are both against TOS, your odds of getting an account back that you lost to one of those is not the best
No just all of a sudden I receive an email that my email has been changed I recover the account 2 times in total thanks to the auto recovery tool on the riot site and 2 times the person changes the email without having the password and with 2FA activated and the next day I receive an email to change my password and the same I disconnect everyone I change the password and I activate 2FA and 5 minutes later he changes the email
well I can't really answer as to what method they may be using to do this, have you tried changing the email yourself to a different one? it may just be that the email itself is compromised if changing the password doesn't solve the issue
this is assuming you have made sure the emails you are receiving are actually from Riot Games though
the 3 times he changed the email i received 0 code 2FA on my email i just received all of a sudden an email telling me that the email had been changed
make sure that you haven't fallen for a phishing attempt
well I sadly can't provide anymore insight than this as to why it may be happening, your best bet is just waiting for riot if the email itself isn't compromised and its not phishing you have fallen for
But even if I clicked on a link even if there is a small chance how does the person to reconnect 3 times with 2FA activate and with a different password 4 in all
And the 2 times I recovered the account it was on the original email of the account creation so a @gmail and the 1st time I lost the account and the 4th time it was on a different email a @outlook
Wait until a week has pasted. After those 7days pass, go into your ticket and ask for an update on your ticket
My ticket is only an email and I can't access it on the riot website because to request an account recovery you have to be logged out.
To update your ticket, you can ether do it on Zendesk, Riot Website, or Replying to the ticket email

How do I access zendesk?
Your Riot Account is your Zendesk account to view your tickets. Head to the support page and login to your riot account. Here you can view your active tickets. Click the active ticket and you can reply just like the email
