account hacked and riot do not respond
Hello, I was hacked on the 10th
March, my account all of a sudden I received an email telling me that the email of my account has been changed. I recover the account a first time thanks to the automatic tool of riot I put my email I activate 2FA because it had deactivated it I disconnect everyone and 5 min later the email was changed again without that I received any code 2FA only 1 single email which tells me that the email was changed. I retrieve the account a second time using the tool again and there it goes again, the email has been changed without me having received a 2FA code. I contact riot around 22h then because the tool does not work even on my phone today 5 days later I still have no response but 1 day after my ticket I suddenly receive an email to recover my password to my email (while the last change of email was that of the person) the account is back to my email mysteriously so I change my password to my email. my email mysteriously so I change instantly the password and I managed to launch the game to disconnect everyone and activate 2FA and 5 minutes later it's gone all of a sudden it replaces the email and today it's been 5 days that it is on my account and riot do not respond anyone can tell me if this is normal thank you.

If you keep losing your account even after recovery. You probably have a keylogger or information stealer on your PC. Please do an anti-virus scan with Malware Bytes.

i was hacked now on two accounts. I have been trying to get it back for full two days. It would be a pleasure if i can talk live with someone and get that done. i was hacked on 12.03.2024. They cahnged everything. Please if someone can read this and help me. Thanks yall!

turn on antivirus
also delete cracked software
check if antivirus is also hijacked
