I'll probably make it, so that shift left/right in the air puts the wand in your offhand if you're on Bedrock.
And then make the wand also work in the offhand

Okay, in my tests, I transferred an item from the regular overworld to the Nether.
I did not try it with custom dimensions

So the reason, the config has 6 ranges and there are only 5 recipes is because components can have a base range by default (no upgrades).
Your config seems right..
and in my test server it runs fine.
Are you getting any error messages?
And what server software / other plugins are you using?

How to install components into a network
Hi,
So right now, your chest is just a regular vanilla chest.
You need to craft installable components at the crafting table (They have the texture of an item frame, but are called Input/Sorting/Misc Containers).
Then right click the chest with such a component item. That will turn the chest into a network chest.
